Method Media House ("we", "us") runs methodmediahouse.com. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send a form. The Start form asks for your name, email, company, project goal, budget range, timeline, company size, and optionally the disciplines you are interested in and up to three links. The Contact form asks for your name, email and a message. The Careers form asks for your name, email, discipline, portfolio link and a short note.
With every form. To route your enquiry and protect the site from spam, we also record the page you arrived on, the referring page, any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), your IP address and your browser's user agent.
When you browse. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used. If you do not, no analytics cookies are set. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to decide whether we are the right fit for your project.
- To send the confirmation email you receive after a form is submitted.
- To keep the site secure and to block spam and abuse.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that run the site for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its database;
- SendGrid (Twilio), which delivers our emails;
- Google, for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the specialists working on it may see the project details they need. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not become an engagement, we delete it, with any notes about it, 14 days after we close it. Security logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info [at] methodmediahouse.com. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against forgery and spam, and access to enquiries is limited to the studio team through a sign-in that uses one-time codes.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
